I think the ties between social circumstances and technology should be part of the definition of technology. The reason I believe this is because we are a product of our environment and in today’s world we are surround by social media which influences our thoughts and ideas whether we believe it does or not. In the end, technology is not only about devices or machines; it also involves input from humans. So do I think the ties between social circumstances and technology should be part of the definition of technology? The answer is yes.
