SWOT
In this week's discussion forum, you will conduct a SWOT analysis between two competing companies.

Choose two companies from the same industry: one that is struggling and one that is successful (example: USPS and Fed Ex). Provide a link to each company’s website. For each company, list every strength and weakness you believe it possesses. Do the same for opportunities and threats. Compare you assessment with those of your classmates. What could these companies learn from your analysis?
