I would like to know on whether human eye see infrared using glasses or not, if yes, is there any glasses on market for infrared light?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Night-vision goggles do exactly that. They work by allowing the viewer to see infrared emitted from bodies, animals, objects in the form of heat or thermal radiation.

At one of my old jobs, we used to use this infrared reader:

Of course it's not the same as the one you see in your video, but it's more cost effective and does a good job.
