Hi there

The occipital lobe is the back part of the brain that is involved with vision. The tumor was likely adding pressure to that region, preventing blood flow and possibly impedding neural connections.

1)An individuals was suffering from violent headaches and blurred vision for several years and a doctor determined that this individual had a tumor caused excessive production of human growth hormone.

From what you know about the structure of the brain, can you explain why this person was experiencing blurred vision?
