Do all animal species have two lungs and two kidneys similar to human beings?

Thanks & Regards,

Fish come to mind, they don't have lungs. They have gills instead. Therefore, not all animals have a lungs, let alone a pair of lungs

Thanks. Can you please give the references of the medical books, encyclopaedia, medical dictionaries, medical journals where this information is cited?

Do you feel Human Lungs related diseases and disorders can be treated with other animals species lungs & kidneys transplants and/or by studying the respiratory & excretory organs - Two lungs + Two Kidneys for creating medicines ?

If Not, Why?

The body would reject the foreign organ, as if it's a disease. The immune system would go crazy trying to kill-off the foreign object.

Once they tried using pig organs in humans, the whole idea is called xenotransplants. Apart from that, there are also anatomical issues that be needed to overcome, and others.

Thanks.

Are there chances, Medicines can be created from other animals lungs & kidneys which can cure human lungs & kidneys disorders?

Could you rephrase your question, I don't understand what you mean.

Thank you.

I mean as an alternative to Animal-Human lung/s & kidney/s transplantation by creating, manufacturing medicines from cells, tissues of apes (chimpanzee, baboon etc), pigs lungs, kidneys which closely matches with the Human anatomy for treatment of Human Lungs & Kidneys diseases & ailments.

As some examples, Asthma, Kidney stone etc.

Medicines from cells? I think I understand what you mean. First, medicines are made to interact with cellular enzymes, either by acting directly on enzymes that reside on the cellular membrane or within the cytoplasm, either to slow or speed up the rate of a reaction - of course, this depends on the physiology of the disease. To accomplish this, what scientists have done is harvest proteins or compounds from bacteria or yeast, that have been genetically engineered to carry a gene that leads to the formation of such compound. For example, researchers have successfully implemented genes into the genome of bacteria to produce insulin. This field of biology is called genetic engineering. However, there's nothing within a pig lung that can be used to heal a human. The pig lung cells don't contain a cure, nor do any other organs harvested from animals.

The same animal cell culture is also applicable to animal tissue cultivation?

You can cultivate animal tissue, but to extract medicine from it, that's something I don't think exists
