I would like to know on following issues for blocking RF

For 4G, the frequency 2.3 - 2.6 GHz being used on mobile phone
Based on what materials offer top 3 Shielding efficiency on mobile signal?

 High Performance Copper Shielding Fabric
>60db attenuation in 10MHz-3GHz

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Since the case of iPhone is metal, would iPhone be already safe to block most of RF during usage on holding area?

Interesting question. Because part of the iPhone's aluminum body is being used as an antenna to propagate the radio signal, it doesn't block it. However, metal cases do effectively block radio waves, and therefore may degrade your signal quality.
