Feedback:
Guidelines to decrease the incidence and severity of adverse effects include keeping patients well hydrated to decrease drug concentrations in serum body tissues. The administration of 500 mL is not a sufficient amount to prevent crystalluria. The administration of Pyridium will not prevent crystalluria. A urinary catheter is not indicated.
