I believe what induces sleep is melatonin. Melatonin is a protein made up of tryptophan, the amino acid. Melatonin is derived from serotonin.

Once serotonin has been produced from tryptophan in the body, it can be converted into another important molecule — melatonin.

Sounds like your breakfast is full of tryptophan!

It seems that 2 Egg and Salmon Fish 200g are source of Trypothan, would it be too much for daily intake? What breakfast is recommended without feeling sleepy?
Do you have any suggestions?

Of course you could have a meatless breakfast, such as oatmeal. Large breakfasts also lead to lethargy because it takes a lot of energy to digest large meals.

Instead of changing breakfast, I change my behavior to wake up at 7 am for earlier breakfast, so I feel less sleepy at 9 am. However, should I take nap after breakfast between 7:30 am to 8:30 am? Is this behavior bad for digestion system (sleep after eating directly)?

Do you have any suggestions?
