I have disease that makes it important to control the level of salt in
my body.  I love to wade fish in the ocean for hours.  My concern is that I will
absorb salt from the ocean water.  I know that osmosis  with the hypotonic
and hypertonic  rules would be in play and the pressure of the water
against the body might be important.  Maybe the size of the salt molecule?

I have asked many doctors and University experts and can't get a solid
answer.
