Can anyone help me with this assignment?

When you are leading a team, it is important to provide feedback to the individuals on the team. This feedback can be both positive and negative. Imagine that you have been tasked with discussing negative feedback with one of the annual event committee members.

Write up an email to this team member that does the following:

Start by expressing your gratitude for the participation of your team member so far. Be sure to mention what he/she has contributed to the success of the project.
Give the team member clear and specific feedback and how he/she is not meeting expectations in a particular area and ideas and how this situation can be improved.
Close by giving the team member encouragement and offering to help him/her develop in the areas you have pointed out.

Hi CJMAJOR2019

Could find any resources for this one, when's it due? We'll have to write it from scratch

Perhaps something like this (mind you, it's a rough draft and just a start, you'll need to complete it of course)

Dear XYZ,

It has been an excellent couple of months finalizing the task at hand. Working as a team has brought us closer together in the department, and has improved the relationship dynamic. Without each individual’s contributions, we wouldn't have been able to achieve what've accomplished for so.

One area that has been lacking in the progress of this project, however, is consistency on how time is being managed. After evaluating our logs, we found that while the tasks are equal in length, some were finished immediately, while others took more than 48 hours. Given that our team consists of 10 other members, we found your work to be lagging the most, and that most of these inconsistencies have come during the time you've logged into our system. We expect all our employees to stay on task during office hours, and to minimize social interactions with other employees unless help is required.
