Answer 1

Pornography is the depiction of sexual acts or behaviors intending to arouse sexual excitement. Obscenity is appealing to the prurient interest while lacking in scientific, artistic, or political merit. Pornography is a form of obscenity. There is no requirement that obscenity be of a sexual nature. Anything foul, disgusting, or repulsive could be considered obscene, although not necessarily sexual. Most of the time, however, pornography and obscenity are used interchangeably to depictions and speech of a sexual or erotic nature.

Answer 2

Incest refers to sexual intercourse with certain relatives. All states and the District of Columbia thus prohibit incest in some form or fashion. Bigamy, or marriage between two persons when one is married to another, is illegal in all American jurisdictions. The same is true for polygamy, or one person being married to several others. Religious arguments have been advanced in support of both practices, but the Supreme Court has decided that bigamists and polygamists enjoy no First Amendment protection for their actions.
