Referring to following statement, I would like to know on how positive charge make you feel depressed in biological pathway.

"If you’ve ever felt depressed, anxious, or stressed for no reason at all, you might be suffering from what’s known as positive ion poisoning. These dangerous little ions are small enough to be absorbed through your skin and lungs and aren’t visible to the naked eye. In fact, you’re likely breathing them in right now as most homes are polluted with positive ions.

Other potential downsides of absorbing too many positive ions include higher inflammation levels, mood swings, chronic pain, worsened allergies, and more. "

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

This can't be proven scientifically. I wouldn't give this article any merit, and would abandon the idea completely. People have been using this idea to market products for decades.
The best way to say thank you is with a positive review:

All life on this planet has a bioelectric field of energy surrounding it and thus can easily be influenced by things like electromagnetic pollution and more. Furthermore, the cells of our body typically carry a negative charge. One of the ways toxins negatively affect our body is through the absorption of what’s known as positive ions.

All cells under resting conditions have an electrical potential difference across the plasma membrane such that the inside of the cell is negatively charged with respect to the outside. This potential is the resting membrane potential; its magnitude depends on the type of cell, but usually ranges between -60 and -90 mV. By convention the polarity (whether it's positive or negative) of the membrane potential is stated in terms of the sign of the excess charge on the inside of the cell.

Is this in reference to SAD? I remember there was a topic on here about SAD, and how bright light is used as a therapy to treat it.

A word or two on air ionizers from the articles listed below:

An air ioniser is a device that uses high voltage to ionise (electrically charge) air molecules. Negative ions, or anions, are particles with one or more extra electron, conferring a net negative charge to the particle. Cations are positive ions missing one or more electrons, resulting in a net positive charge. Some commercial air purifiers are designed to generate negative ions
...
However, a 2013 comprehensive review of 80 years of research into air ions and respiratory function outcomes found that there was no clear support for any beneficial role in respiratory function, nor evidence for significant detrimental effect. In conclusion, "exposure to negative or positive air ions does not appear to play an appreciable role in respiratory function."
