3.50% >>> 0.0350 = p

z-score = 3

UCL = \(p+3\left(\frac{p\left(1-p\right)}{n}\right)\)

UCL = \(0.0350+3\left(\frac{0.0350\left(1-0.0350\right)}{400}\right)=0.0352\)
