You need to use the formula: \(UCL_{\overline{x}}=\overline{\overline{x}}+3\frac{\sigma }{\sqrt{n}}\) where UCL and LCL are the upper and lower control limits, n is the subgroup size, and σ is the estimated standard deviation of the individual values. \(UCL_{\overline{x}}=16.0+3\frac{0.10}{\sqrt{36}}\) \(16.05\)
