Okay, look at when f'(x) = 0 on your graph.

It happens at:

x=1 --- the behavior is decreasing, therefore Local maximum

x=3 --- the behavior is increasing, therefore local minimum

x=5 --- the behavior is decreasing, therefore local maximum
