a. Re-express the data using Time as explanatory variable and log(Concentration) as response
    variable.
    Model: log() = 1.789 - 0.169(Time)
b. When Time = 8,  log()=1.789 - 0.169(8) = 0.437;   = 100.437 = 2.74 units/cc
