Is it safe to give Anti worms medicine to Dogs, Cats, Rabbits etc for stomach upset issues?

You mean parasitic medication? Absolutely, there are many safe and effective deworming drugs. They include fenbendazole, milbemycin, moxidectin, piperazine, and pyrantel. You need to visit an animal doctor first though, he/she will give your dog one to three doses at first, which will kill the adult worms.
