Referring to following video, they do not mention on how effective prebiotics and probiotics get through stomach acid and gall bladder before reaching guts.

Is there any reference materials on what foods (contains prebiotics and probiotics) would be more effective to reach guts?



Does anyone have any suggestions?

Probiotics do survive through stomach acid.

If you want to see your gut bacteria in action, eat a bowl of beans. It'll make you fart for a day! 😆 That gas is produced by the gut bacteria.

Probiotics reside in the small intestines, not inside the stomach. I've never heard of stomach gas

You wouldn't find probiotics in kimchi because it's pickled. Anything derived from brine doesn't have any bacteria.

Similarly, soup is boiled, hence we assume it's clean from bacteria. The bacteria found in yogurt is alive, hence can act as a probiotic.
