Writing a Proposal

The social committee at HARVARD is planning a weekend trip and has asked you to suggest a suitable venue. Two choices are on the table: Los Angeles or Chicago. Write a proposal to the committee describing the two choices, recommending one of them, and giving reasons for your choice. Your proposal should bein memo format and include the following sections: Introduction, Los Angeles, Chicago, Recommendation. Each section should be composed of 5 to 6
sentences. The addressee is the social committee.

Subject: Weekend trip


In order to create cohesion and strengthen the links previously created by students, we are pleased to announce a trip and you have the choice between two wonderful cities that are very different (Merzouga or Ifrane).

the start will be at PIIMT on Friday morning we will then take the road by bus, once installed in our hotel we will organize a barbecue party


first destination choice:

next morning, we will introduce you to the desert, villages and the mountainous regions of Merzouga, high mountain passes where views will be witnessed across several miles, Kasbahs, a camel trek in Merzouga over the Erg Chebbi Dunes. There is nothing more spectacular than an overnight stay in a Bedouin desert camp. This allows you and the shared party you are with a chance to star gaze into the sky, watch the sunset and rise when on a camel ride and see hundreds of Kasbahs.


Second destination choice:

we will introduce you to Ifrane that I really like it feels like Switzerland relocated to the Middle Atlas than North Africa. Its clean air, scrubbed streets, and leafy outlook make it popular with tour groups. Ifrane is considered one of the best and cleanest cities in the world.
Ifrane has neat red-roofed houses, blooming flower beds and lake-studded parks. We are in the winter so we are going to have a pure fun of throwing snowballs.
the Hotels propose a breakfast and dinner at a ship price and for the lunch it will be outside and shipper also.
