In addition to the use of a requisition, what other step is required when issuing alcohol to the bar?

▸ Bottle-for-bottle basis is needed to reestablish behind-bar par levels

▸ Only the bartender should have a key and access to the storeroom

▸ Only beverage servers should have a key and access to the storeroom

▸ The chef should have to sign for all bottles to serve as a third-party check
