Why would persons with complaints provide feedback more than those with neutral or positive experiences?

▸ Increased need to communicate their experience in hopes of affecting change

▸ Guests who complain tend to be those who hope to receive some sort of monetary compensation

▸ Negative personalities tend to be those who seek attention through means such as complaint

▸ Those with much time on their hands tend to focus on the negative and fill out feedback forms
