What cause oral bladder?

That looks like a blood blister, or a canker sore. Canker sores are caused by a number of factors, including vitamin deficiency and mouth injuries. Most injuries in the mouth are a result of hard brushing or accidentally biting your lips or cheek. Has that happened recently to you? This blood blister still looks fresh, have you tried popping it?

It may cause by sleepless night. I would like to know on which vitamin can help this blood blister.

I gets enough vitamin C, it seems I need more vitamin B12,

For vitamin b-12, each tablet only contains 6 mcg for daily suggested intake,

It seems no ways to get enough B-12 from vitamin tablet.

Assuming your diet is balanced already, you don't need the addition of artificial vitamins in your diet. I do not recommend any vitamins if you're a healthy adult with no preconditions.
