What is wrong with this Lewis dot structure for the H2CO molecule? (Image attached below)

a)It should have one lone pair added to the carbon atom.

b)It should have the single bond between oxygen and carbon replaced by a double bond, and one lone pair removed from the oxygen atom.

c)It should have one single bond between a hydrogen and the carbon atom replaced by a double bond, and one lone pair removed from the oxygen atom.

d)It should have the single bond between oxygen and carbon replaced with a double bond, and two lone pairs removed from the oxygen atom.

I am not sure how to figure out which one is right? Where do you start to figure this out?

Thank you!
