What is wrong with using the concept of heritability of IQ to conclude that cultural differences in an average IQ reflect genetic differences between cultural groups?

Heritability estimates have been demonstrated to be invalid.

Heritability estimates are based comparisons of groups with equivalent environmental factors, so they cannot be used to compare groups that differ on environmental factors.

Heritability estimates are valid only within a race, not between races.

Even if heritability of intelligence is high, group differences could still be caused by environmental factors.
