One of the most important things about social harmony amidst a multicultural and pluralistic environment is that people who enter into that environment assimilate themselves with the culture in which they live. It is also facilitated by those who already live in those lands without discriminating people based on any factors. Secondly, people in those lands tend to learn from those who decide to live in their lands by learning, acknowledging and appreciating the good things from those who come to live with them. this would mean that while practicing individual group’s cultural practices on their own, others do not treat them as inferior or not fit to the land. Finally, these countries also treat everyone equally in terms of education, employment, property, housing, medicine and political participation thus maintaining social harmony.
