The question is
Three-point charges are placed at the corner of a right-angle triangle as shown. Calculate the magnitude of the net electric force on the object X  marked X due to the other two charges.

I am having trouble finding the magnitude for this question, would you mind helping me, Thanks a lot for your help.

That is the magnitude, what's highlighted. Magnitude is what you report without an angle. Do you mean you also need the angle?

Sure:

tan(theta)=opp/adj=0.4/0.3

now take the inverse tan of 0.4/0.3

tan^(-1) (0.4/0.3) = 53.1 degrees

Oh... 53.1 degrees is the same as 36.9 east of north OR 53.1 north of east
