  • Equity can be improved in the workplace by providing equal opportunities to both men and women of getting recruited for a particular job. It should also be ensured that the advertising is done in a proper language, same questions are asked in a job interview from applicants, and the profile best suited for the job is selected. This notion can also be extended to one's health status and race.
  • The formal pay structure should be followed by the organization that is transparent among the employees. So that the gender discrimination on the basis of pay can be avoided.
  • Proper training to the manager should be provided in order to ensure that the manager is well trained in order to eliminate the gender discrimination in the workplace.
  • Strict policies should be framed against the harassment and workplace offence in order to ensure gender equity in the workplace. Since ignoring the physical or mental harassment of the women in the workplace is a indicator of gender inequality in the workplace.
