Answers will vary, but a sample answer follows: The technician is commonly rushed, is thinking of other things besides the customers problem, thinks he knows the solution before the customer finishes explaining the problem, or is more interested in the technical problem than in the customer. For these reasons, a technician commonly is not a good listener.
