You are responding to an email from an irate customer. The reply is as follows: I am sorry the computer locked up again. I will be happy to take a look at the computer again tomorrow. It is probably your CPU or your RAM. Of course, it could always be the darn motherboard. I can be there at 2 P.M. TOMORROW if that is convenient with you. You can either EMAIL me or I will check with you later today to see whether that works with your schedule. :) This is an example of proper written communication.
