A laptop will not boot. There are no lights displayed, the system doesnt beep, and nothing happens when the power button is pressed. What should the technician do first to troubleshoot this problem?
A) Connect an external bootable drive and see whether the system will boot to it.
B) Remove all externally connected devices and then see whether the system will power on.
C) Disconnect the AC power brick, remove the battery, and hold down the power button for a few seconds.
D) Connect an external speaker to see whether the error beeps can be better heard.
