Hysteresis is the difference of the two readings (increasing and
decreasing trends) of the same pressure. You can divide the difference
by the average of the 2 readings to show the hysteresis as fraction of
the pressure at a particular point. As a result, at each pressure you
would have a value to the hysteresis. The average of all hysteresis
values would be an indication of the averaged hysteresis of the
pressure gauge over the range of pressure used in the experiment.
