Weichuan, a sociology undergraduate, volunteered to participate in a research study being conducted by a psychology graduate student. Throughout the interview, the questions he was asked to answer were extremely personal. Weichuan chose answers that weren't quite true-some were not true at all-because he wanted to save face and also please the interviewer. What is this an example of?

sampling bias

social desirability bias

status quo bias

self-serving bias
