Any coffee chains that targets students and young people need repeat customers to remain successful long-term. This entails offering customers a mobile app that reminds its customers of special offers and deals, incentivizing the customer to purchase x number of coffees to unlock "free" drinks, making sure the atmosphere is social friendly and relaxing for students to study or hangout, and ensuring that food is also offered in case one gets hungry after a long stay. As a manager, you need around-the-clock staff members to serve these customers so that products are served on time without the wait. Managers need to ensure that staff members are well-trained and welcoming to all guests.
