Hey there,
I am currently working on constructing a plasmid used for biosynthetic cocaine and want some reviews on it to spot some mistakes i may have made. I overexpressed all off the precursors and added a histidine tag for purification. All the genes are from uniprot.
Also i want to know which genes to knockout to improve Flux.

Hi Izzy76

You lost me at "plasmid used for biosynthetic cocaine". You're planning on inserting this plasmid into a species to produce synthetic cocaine. Is this a novel procedure that you invented? Where can I read up on it?

It is a novel procedure i cam up with. Did some research about similiar molecules like tropine and made this plasmid as result
