A newly built protein needs to leave the cell in order to move to another part of the body. Identify the pathway that this protein will follow from the ribosome to outside of the cell.

The protein is made up in the ribosome. Ribosome is called as the protein factory of the cell. From ribosome, it moves to rough endoplasmic reticulum. From rough ER , it is transported to the Golgi apparatus for packaging into vesicles and from secretory vesicles to cell exterior through protein transport mechanism.
