As per Herzberg’s Two-Factor theory of motivation, there are certain factors of the jobs which gives satisfaction and motivation to the employees(Intrinsic value drawn from the job, learning, feeing of success etc.) while certain other factors if not fulfilled, cause dissatisfaction. They are called hygiene factors - like drinking water, toilets, clean environment at the workplace.
