What is the difference in density of the Paramecium species at the two locations?
Express your answer rounded to two decimal places.

Answer
 Paramecia/mL

In first case 4 ml medium contain 20 Paramecia, so each ml contain 20/4 = 5 Paramecia

So density of paramecia is 5/ml

In the second case 76 Paramecia are present in 40 ml. So, each ml contain 76/40 = 1.9 Paramecia.

So the density is 1.9 /ml
