The parts cost $3,824.77, but $214.40 worth were returned because they were incorrect. The terms from the supplier were 1/10, net/25.

$3,824.77 - $214.40 = $3,610.37;
Discount Amount:$3,610.37 ´ 0.01 = $36.10
Remittance:$3,610.37 - $36.10 = $3,574.27
