Use the following to answer the questions below:

A Gallup survey of 1,012 randomly selected U.S. adults (age 18 and over), 53% said that they were dissatisfied with the quality of education students receive in kindergarten through grade 12.  The bootstrap distribution (based on 5,000 samples) is provided.

A dotplot depicts the results of the bootstrap distribution for 5,000 samples. The horizontal axis has markings from 0.48 to 0.58 in increments of 0.02. The vertical axis ranges from 0 to 150 in increments of 50. A series of dots is plotted vertically for certain markings on the horizontal axis. The plotted dots are approximately bell shaped. The series of dots begin at 0.474 on the horizontal axis. The heights of the dots increase gradually with a few ups and downs and reaches the peak of 150 at 0.525 on the horizontal axis. Then the heights of dots decrease gradually with a few ups and downs and end at 0.588 on the horizontal axis. An arrow from the value, 0.529, points toward the point, 0.529 on the horizontal axis. The samples are 5000, the mean is 0.529, and the standard deviation is 0.016. All values are approximate.

The standard error from the bootstrap distribution is SE = 0.016. Use the normal distribution to construct and interpret a 99% confidence interval for the proportion of U.S. adults who are dissatisfied with the education students receive in kindergarten through grade 12. Round to three decimal places.
