its confusing me how the reabsorbtion of glucose and water in the nephron take place. please add some details

Glucose is reabsorbed by via active transport using a transporter (protein) mainly found in the proximal tubule, and also grabs sodium ions (called Na+-cotransport mechanism). Transporters are concentrated in different parts of the nephron. For example, most of the sodium transporters, like stated earlier, are located in the proximal tubule, while fewer ones are spread out through other segments. Water is reabsorbed in the loop of henle.
