The nurse researcher is planning a quantitative study to measure the results on several different variables. Why would a true experimental design approach not be appropriate for this study?
1. The amount of resources needed to conduct this study would be too great.
2. The process limits the number of variables that can be studied at one time.
3. The analysis of the data could not be interpreted for the nursing community.
4. The researcher would not be able to identify an appropriate measurement tool.
