What is the philosophical assumption of parens patriae?
a.   The state should legitimately confine minors, even in the absence of criminal behavior.
b.   The biological parents of juveniles should be held responsible for treating them.

I used the older version of Juvenile Justice, 5th I think, but the content doesn't change much from one version to the next. Glad it helped Smiling Face with Open Mouth
