Do you feel that pain while walking, or does it happen only after a run? Shoes with more cushion should reduce the after-effect, but I don't think that pain is coming from poor footwear. You might have plantar fasciitis.

Yes, I feel pain while walking sometimes.
The pain is more intense after a run.
During warm up period of running, I still feel the pain, but after 10 minutes of running, the pain is gone during exercise.
A few hour after running, the pain is back and feel the most intense.  Since I keep my running schedule 3 days per week, maybe 2 days is not enough for healing, so  I feel pain all the time.

I think that plantar fasciitis is the cause for this pain too, but not able to confirm and would like to know on how to treat plantar fasciitis, so those inflammation would be healed faster and my running schedule can be maintained.

Should I use ice approach after running?

Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much for any suggestions :>

I remember when I had it, I limited the durations of my walks. I did this for many months until I no longer felt the pain. I remember what caused it, I was on a trip and walked more than 10 km a day for 8 days straight wearing boots. I would feel the pain all the time, but pressing that area with my thumbs would numb the pain a little. You need rest, bottom line.

Not sure it relates to the OP's question.
