I'm looking to gain some information on the surgery that corrects plantar and palmar hyperhidrosis.

I've heard too many complications associated with that procedure. Technically, you are cutting a nerve that plays a role in your sympathetic nervous system, and that's never good. There is an option to clamp the nerve, but still, while reversible, far too many complications associated with that. Don't listen to what surgeons write on their website, I'm sure they didn't even organically write it, but had some marketer lie for them. Long story short, the operation is the last resort for sufferers like yourself, and over the years has come under the hammer and some very distressing life changing side effects, that have made the sufferer worse than before.
