Pectin is derived from all forms of cell wall it is just the quantity that varies. Collenchyma and parenchyma are both forms of ground tissue. Parenchyma is more common and is found in the pith of fruits. It is a greater source of pectin than collenchyma and is used in the extraction process for this reason. (It may also be easier to remove - citation required.) Both collenchyma and parenchyma contain pectin.

Collenchyma is strengthened by pectin so the cell wall is thickened unevenly.Parenchyma mostly found on the young shoots or leaves. They don't have cell wall.Sclerenchyma is strengthened by lignin. So,the strongest is Sclerenchyma because they cell wall thickened evenly not like collenchyma
