That's like asking which is better, Pepsi or Coca Cola?  SGU and Ross are both good schools and you will receive a quality education at each.  The islands that they are on are quite different, so you ought to visit each campus to see for yourself.

You should also visit www.ValueMD.com and go to each school's forum.  You'll be able to communicate with current students at each school.
