I want to come back to North America (either Canada or the USA) afterwards.

It doesn't make much sense to get your medical degree out of the US or Canada if you're just going to move back afterwards - you'll have to get re-certified and take exams to work here.  And Caribbean med schools have a bad reputation.  If you can't go here or in Canada, try Australia instead.

Caribbean medical schools have a terrible reputation, even the "acceptable" ones like SGU. my porfessors are always telling us that they don't trust caribb. graduates at all. I would go with Australia.

It is harder to get into Australian medical schools than most US medical schools.I think that you are mistaking us for a third world country.
