Chemistry would be a lot of research or lab work, especially if you only get an undergrad degree.
Business would be working in a corporate office.
Accounting, you could help people with their financing, or prepare taxes.
Graphic design...good luck in this economy, but you'd work at a large firm helping with lay outs and designing logos and the such.  Graphic design is the least stable job of the ones you listed and a degree in graphic design won't necessarily get you a design job.
