I say it is macrophage, but I don't know why.

You're right, it's macrophage! This is because in endocytosis, the cell engulfs whatever. A macrophage needs to engulf pathogens or foreign objects in the body to present the pathogen on its cellular membrane - this causes an immune response. Look at the diagram I drew. The pancreas is exocytosis because it releases insulin - it doesn't engulf.
