it's the F-2 generation.... the parents are called the P generation and the off spring is the F-1 generation

F-2; if there is no specification of what the cross is with (i.e. homozygous YY x yy which would be a testcross) then you just assume your crossing F1 with itself.  First generation from a Filial pair is called F1 so an F1x F1 yields F2.
